The applicant be a Hotel Management graduate with experience of Banquet bookings of 10-12 years. He / She would be working closely with the Members & their Guests to help them plan and execute parties/get-together/events including venue booking, event coordination with decorator, DJ, Flowers, Furniture , Lighting, Catering, Bar Licensing etc.
The Banquet Manager will also be responsible to manage its team, their motivation, their performance & duty rosters. She will also be responsible for Revenue Protection of the Club including the vendors involved by audit & surveillance of the quantity and quality of services provided, promotion of Club venues to its members, promotion of Club events to its members for maximum participation etc.
