The ideal candidate should have 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in managing food and beverage operations in a reputed Clubs / hotels. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily F&B operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and hygiene, implementing cost-control measures, planning menus in coordination with the culinary team, managing supplier relationships, budgeting, and driving profitability. The candidate must possess strong leadership skills to manage large teams, deliver consistent staff training, and ensure Members and guests satisfaction.
A degree or diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized institute is required. Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and familiarity with modern F&B trends and systems are important attributes.
