Membership information & eligibility

Any candidate who has attained the age of 21 years shall be eligible for Membership of the Club. If a candidate wants to join the Chelmsford Club as a new member he / she is required to collect the Application Form from Accounts Department and submit the completed form alongwith the supporting documents.

The Application Form from the candidate for admission to Life / Permanent / Corporate / Permanent (widow of a deceased member) and Temporary Member shall be proposed and seconded by two existing Permanent Members of the Club and signed by the candidate.

The Proposal / Application Form for "Corporate Membership shall be in writing in the name of the "Corporate Body" itself signed by the Chief Officer of the applicant functioning in Delhi or any other Officer of the said corporate body duly authorized to so apply.

The completed Proposal / Application Form needs to be submitted to the Club Office along with a copy of resolutions and Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company and nominee details i.e passport / Voter ID Card / Aadhar and Pan Card & two recent passport-size photographs of the applicant.
