Rules and Regulations for Banquet Booking

  1. *Religious or marriage rites, processions, religious ceremonies, singing or recitations etc of any kind are not permitted. Bringing in of pundits, priests, religious teachers etc for performing any kind of ceremony is not permitted.
  2. Bhangra Dholls are not allowed.
  3. Party Booking will be accepted with 75% Advance, GST extra as applicable.
  4. Other Extra Charges: Soft drink, coffee or tea, Light, Mike, Chairs, Shamiana & Generator Etc.
  5. A Member shall be liable to pay the full cost of replacement or repair of any articles of the Club property lost, broken or damaged by him or his guests during the party.

Cancelation charges for Venues as follows:-

  1. 50% deduction on cancellation /postponement of booking/event on same day.
  2. 25% deduction on 1 to 7 days notice of cancellation /postponement of booking/ event.
  3. 15% 15% deduction on 8 to 15 days notice of cancellation /postponement of booking/ event.
  4. 10% deduction on 15 days notice of cancellation /postponement of booking/ event.
  5. No cancellation charges are levied by the Club if notice is given a minimum of 16 days before in advance.

Timings

  1. Snacks /Lunch Service up to 2.00 p.m. & Dinner up to 9.30 p.m.
  2. Lunch service Before 2.30 p.m. Dinner service before 10.30 p.m.
  3. High Tea Timing: 4 pm. to 7.00 pm.
  4. Bar services will shut at 10:30 p.m. as per the Delhi Excise Rules
  5. Liquor will not be allowed from outside.
  6. All private parties and functions in the Club must close by 11.00 p.m.
  7. The Club has empanelled Vendor(s) for decoration(s) and event(s). Outside Vendors are not allowed in the Club.
